A few paintings on more "traditional" supports.
Generally, for formats that do not exceed 90cm in either width or height, I tend to stretch the canvas on hardwood plywood that I then prepare either with skin glue and amorpheous plaster, or with cassein and a mix of marble dust/lithopone.
I also prepare most of my paints (apart from acrylics and gouaches). The casein is mixed from soft cheese and lime, and I mix the oils with a walnut oil that I cook myself. .
